What We Collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide:

• Name
• Organization
• Email address
• Phone number
• Message content

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any passive data collection on this site.

How We Use It

We use submissions for one purpose: evaluating and responding to engagement inquiries. Before any document is opened or reviewed, a non-disclosure agreement is in place. We do not use your contact information for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

Where It Is Stored

Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and stored on Netlify's servers. Netlify's privacy policy governs their handling of that data. PCAG accesses submissions only through the Netlify dashboard for purposes of follow-up.

Retention

We retain inquiry data for 24 months from the date of submission. If an engagement proceeds, records are retained for the duration of the engagement and seven years after close, consistent with standard professional services practice. We delete data not resulting in an engagement after 24 months.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing Info@PCAGConsulting.com. Include the approximate date of submission and the email address you used. We will confirm deletion within 10 business days.

Jurisdiction

PCAG operates from Tampa, Florida. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this policy are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes to This Policy

If material changes are made, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
